More Joy. More Presence.
with ceremonial cacao
"I've always loved you, Mama Cacao."
My relationship with ceremonial cacao began many years ago, and it was love at first sip.
In that moment, something inside me softened while simultaneously coming alive. I discovered that cacao could be so much more than a warm drink. It became a gentle reminder to slow down, listen inward, and meet life with a little more presence.
Since then, cacao has been a faithful companion on my journey—one I continue to meet with gratitude, respect, and joy. Today, I love sharing it as an invitation to creativity, human connection, and meaningful moments together. A chance to pause, open your heart, and create space for whatever wants to unfold.
I love bringing people together. Creating spaces where we can land, laugh, dance, feel, and simply be—together. Spaces filled with music, movement, curiosity, and warmth. Where the stillness of nature meets the sparkle of a disco ball, where bare feet find their rhythm, and where no one has to be anything other than themselves.
I feel most at home among the trees and by the sea, most alive when music moves my body, and most inspired when I witness people relax, light up, and reconnect with their own joy.
I believe we have far more in common than we sometimes remember. The things we long for—presence, belonging, freedom, and love—are deeply human. They connect us all.
My mantra is simple: the most important relationship I'll ever have is the one with myself. And life? It's meant to be shared—side by side, beneath the stars and sparkling disco balls, with music playing, hearts a little more open, and deep gratitude for simply being here.

Benefits of ceremonial cacao
Energy that flows
Say goodbye to coffee crashes! Cacao’s theobromine gives you steady, feel-good energy to power through your day — no jittery side effects.
Heart activation
Cacao isn’t just good for the soul — it’s good for your heart, too. Its minerals (like magnesium and potassium) boost blood flow, making your heart feel alive and vibrant.
Happy hormones on tap
Cacao is nature’s mood elevator! It’s brimming with PEA—the love molecule — that sparks endorphins, dopamine, and those feel-good vibes. Happiness in a cup, anyone?
Brain power boost
Packed with flavonoids, cacao is brain fuel. These antioxidants supercharge memory, learning, and laser-sharp focus. Got big dreams? Cacao’s got your back.
Good vibes, guaranteed
Cacao is loaded with anandamide — a.k.a. the “bliss molecule.” It keeps you feeling motivated, excited, and straight-up joyful. Think of it as a warm hug for your mood.
Chill with magnesium
Cacao is a magnesium powerhouse, perfect for relaxing muscles and calming your mind. Bonus: It’s like a natural antidote to stress and tension.
Preparing ceremonial cacao is a beautiful little ritual—an invitation to slow down, be present, and savour the experience as much as the drink itself.
Start with around 20-45 grams of cacao (depending on your vibe).
Gently chop or grate your cacao into small pieces.
Heat some water or your favorite plant-based milk (almond, coconut, oat—it’s up to you!).
Add the cacao to your hot liquid and whisk until it’s smooth and creamy. You can also use a frother for that luxurious texture.
Sip slowly, let the warmth fill you, and feel the magic as it opens your heart.
A Simple Ceremonial Cacao Recipe
Spices to boost your cacao magic:
Use rose petals for extra self-love, blue lotus for deep relaxation or licorice powder for a Finnish candy twist.
Sweeteners: add some coconut sugar, agave syrup, or honey for the perfect touch!
A Little Reminder
Ceremonial cacao isn't about perfection—it's about presence and intention.
Before taking your first sip, pause for a moment and set an intention for your practice or for the day ahead. What would you like to invite in? How do you want to feel? What deserves a little more space in your life today?
And if you'd like to infuse your cacao with a little extra life force, put on your favourite song and dance while you prepare it. Let your body wake up, your heart soften, and the music become part of the ritual.
It doesn't have to be any more complicated than that.
A cup of cacao, an intention, and a dance can take you a long way.
